We do not intentionally send passwords, payment card details, private message contents, ticket barcodes, QR codes, or unredacted ticket verification materials to analytics providers.

Essential technologies

Essential cookies and storage are used for functions such as account authentication, security, session management, and remembering your privacy choices. These technologies cannot always be disabled without affecting the Service.

We also use an approximate, IP-based location signal to decide which privacy notice and cookie consent experience to show you. This signal is not always accurate, for example if you use a VPN, proxy, or shared network connection. Where we cannot confidently determine your location, we default to the stricter European consent experience.

Analytics technologies

Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog are used to understand how the Service is used and how it can be improved. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we ask for consent before enabling these cookies. In other locations, these cookies may be enabled automatically, and you can opt out at any time using the cookie preferences link in the site footer.

Error monitoring and cookieless measurement

Sentry helps us diagnose technical problems. Ahrefs helps us measure SEO, search visibility, and aggregated traffic. These services are not used by VouchFirst to build advertising profiles.

VouchFirst currently does not use advertising cookies.

Where a consent banner is shown, you may accept or reject optional analytics cookies before they are enabled. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the core features of VouchFirst.

In locations where a consent banner is not shown, optional analytics cookies may already be active. You can still control them at any time using the cookie preferences link in the site footer.
