These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VouchFirst, including our website, listings, posts, seller reputation features, scammer reporting tools, verification tools, and related services. By using VouchFirst, you agree to these Terms.
VouchFirst is an independently operated social ticket bulletin platform. References to “VouchFirst,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the individual or team operating the VouchFirst platform.
VouchFirst allows users to post ticket buying, selling, and trading information. VouchFirst may also provide seller reputation signals, vouched seller labels, scammer reports, moderation tools, and educational safety information.
VouchFirst is not a ticket resale marketplace, ticket broker, ticket exchange, escrow provider, payment processor, ticket seller, ticket transfer service, or merchant of record.
VouchFirst does not:
All ticket transactions, communications, payments, and transfers are arranged directly between users.
By using VouchFirst, you understand and agree that fan-to-fan ticket transactions involve risk.
Both buyers and sellers are responsible for protecting themselves and exercising appropriate caution before entering into a transaction. You are responsible for verifying ticket details, the identity of the other party, payment methods, transfer methods, event rules, resale laws, and any other information relevant to the transaction.
VouchFirst does not provide escrow, payment protection, fraud insurance, buyer protection, seller protection, or transaction guarantees. Any transaction, communication, payment, transfer, or exchange of information between users is undertaken at your own risk.
You agree that VouchFirst is not responsible for losses arising from user-to-user transactions or communications, including scams, fraud, failed transfers, invalid tickets, canceled events, payment disputes, chargebacks, resale-law violations, impersonation, account bans, communications outside the Service, theft or misuse of ticket proof, screenshots, verification materials, emails, recordings, or other information shared with another user.
You further acknowledge that users may attempt to deceive buyers or sellers through fake payment confirmations, fraudulent chargebacks, impersonation, requests for "buyer protection," "buyer guarantee," verification, escrow, insurance, processing, or similar fees, or other fraudulent schemes. VouchFirst is not responsible for losses arising from such conduct.
VouchFirst may allow users to build reputation through verification, reviews, ticket proof, transfer history, account history, or other trust signals.
A "vouched" seller, reputation score, badge, trust signal, verification label, or similar designation means only that VouchFirst reviewed certain information available to us at a particular point in time. This may include ticket proof, transfer history, account history, verification materials, or other information we consider relevant.
Reputation signals are informational only. They are not endorsements, certifications, guarantees, warranties, recommendations, insurance, or promises regarding a user's honesty, future conduct, ticket validity, ability to transfer tickets, likelihood of completing a transaction, or overall trustworthiness.
A vouch is not a guarantee. A user who has received a vouch, reputation score, badge, or other trust signal may still engage in fraud, misrepresentation, chargebacks, failed transfers, disputes, or other harmful conduct. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating risk and deciding whether to proceed with a transaction.
VouchFirst does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of any reputation signal, review, report, verification result, or trust indicator. Reputation signals may be based on incomplete information and may change over time as new information becomes available.
VouchFirst may change, remove, reduce, suspend, revoke, hide, or otherwise modify reputation labels, badges, trust signals, reviews, vouch status, listings, posts, or account access at any time and for any reason, including if we believe a user has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in suspicious behavior, harmed another user, harmed VouchFirst, or created risk for the community.
VouchFirst does not provide escrow and does not process payments.
If you pay another user, you do so outside VouchFirst. You are solely responsible for choosing your payment method and understanding the risks. VouchFirst may recommend safer payment methods for educational purposes, but we do not control, guarantee, or process those payments.
By using VouchFirst, you acknowledge that you understand the risks of transacting without escrow and without VouchFirst acting as merchant of record.
You agree that you will:
You must be at least 18 years old to use VouchFirst.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Ticket resale laws vary by country, state, province, city, venue, event organizer, and ticket platform.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and event rules before listing, selling, buying, or trading tickets.
If you attempt to sell tickets above face value in a jurisdiction where above-face-value resale is prohibited, that is a breach of these Terms. VouchFirst may remove your post, suspend your account, reduce or remove your reputation, and take other appropriate action.
By selling, listing, trading, or communicating on VouchFirst, you represent that you are not scamming, defrauding, or misleading other users.
If you scam or attempt to scam another user, you agree that you are actively harming users and VouchFirst’s reputation.
If we suspect fraud, scams, abuse, or illegal activity, we may:
Relevant information may include your email address, phone number, usernames, payment handles, IP-related data, listing content, reports, communications, verification materials, timestamps, and other account information.
VouchFirst may allow users to create, upload, submit, post, display, link, or share content, including listings, comments, descriptions, reports, usernames, ticket information, images, screenshots, proof materials, and other content.
You are responsible for your content. You represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate law, third-party rights, event rules, platform rules, or these Terms.
You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content to VouchFirst, you grant VouchFirst a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, redact, display, distribute, publish, remove, analyze, use, and create derivative works from your content for purposes of operating, improving, promoting, moderating, protecting, and enforcing the Service.
This license includes the right to display listings, show trust signals, use reports for safety, redact scam examples for educational content, investigate abuse, and preserve evidence where needed.
VouchFirst may moderate, remove, restrict, label, downgrade, or refuse to display content at any time and for any reason, including if we believe the content is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, harmful, spammy, infringing, exploitative, above-face-value where prohibited, or otherwise objectionable.
We may also remove content or accounts that involve:
We are not obligated to monitor all content and do not guarantee that we will detect every scam, unsafe listing, illegal post, or harmful user.
Reports, warnings, scammer listings, and safety notices may contain allegations, opinions, claims, screenshots, communications, or other information submitted by users or third parties. VouchFirst does not independently verify every report and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, correctness, or truthfulness of every allegation, report, warning, scammer listing, or safety notice.
Publication of a report, warning, scammer listing, reputation signal, or safety notice does not constitute a factual finding, legal determination, or conclusion by VouchFirst that any person engaged in fraud, misconduct, or unlawful activity.
VouchFirst may review, edit, redact, remove, reject, preserve, or investigate reports at its discretion and may request additional information from any party involved.
When a report is submitted, VouchFirst may assign it a status, such as "Confirmed" or "Under Review," based on our assessment of the evidence provided by the reporter and, where available, any response or evidence provided by the reported user. A status reflects only VouchFirst's internal assessment of the evidence available to us at a given time. It is not a legal finding, an adjudication, or a determination by any court, law enforcement agency, or other authority that a person engaged in fraud, misconduct, or unlawful activity, and it may be revised as new information becomes available.
If you believe a report, scammer listing, warning, status, or reputation signal about you is false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or was submitted in bad faith, you may dispute it by contacting us at [email protected].
Please include, where possible:
We will review disputes we receive and may request additional information from you, the original reporter, or other relevant parties. Based on that review, VouchFirst may leave a report or status unchanged, update it, edit or redact portions of it, remove it, or take other action we consider appropriate.
VouchFirst is not obligated to remove or change a report solely because the reported user disputes it, and we may keep a report or status published if we reasonably believe it is supported by credible evidence. A general disagreement between users about a transaction does not, by itself, entitle either party to have a report removed.
Users may submit ticket proof, ticket transfer history, emails, screenshots, screen recordings, or other materials for verification.
You agree that VouchFirst may review verification materials to assess seller reputation, detect fraud, investigate scams, support disputes, and protect users.
You should redact sensitive information where possible before submitting materials unless the information is necessary for review. VouchFirst does not promise to verify every submission and may reject verification at our discretion.
If you request to get vouched, verify seller reputation, or connect a Reddit username to VouchFirst, you authorize VouchFirst to review, collect, copy, summarize, and use publicly available Reddit account and post information associated with the Reddit username, post link, or other Reddit information you provide.
This may include Reddit usernames, public posts, public comments, post titles, post bodies, timestamps, subreddit names, links, screenshots, and other publicly available context relevant to seller verification, scam prevention, reputation review, safety, moderation, or creating a VouchFirst listing or profile on your behalf.
By submitting a verification request, you agree that VouchFirst may use this information to create, draft, populate, edit, publish, distribute, or remove VouchFirst posts, listings, seller profiles, reputation signals, or safety records connected to your account or verification request.
You represent that the Reddit username, post, or account information you provide is yours or that you have authority to submit it for verification. VouchFirst is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by Reddit. Reddit content and accounts remain subject to Reddit’s own terms, policies, and moderation decisions.
You may not:
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to VouchFirst at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, harmed users, harmed VouchFirst, violated law, or engaged in suspicious activity.
We may also remove posts, remove reputation, remove vouch status, block future listings, preserve evidence, and cooperate with payment providers or law enforcement.
VouchFirst may link to or reference third-party platforms, including Reddit, Ticketmaster, StubHub, Viagogo, SeatGeek, TicketSwap, PayPal, social media platforms, event organizers, or ticketing services.
VouchFirst does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, payments, ticket transfers, disputes, decisions, or actions.
VouchFirst provides general safety information and platform features. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, consumer protection, payment, or professional advice.
You should consult appropriate professionals or official sources for questions about laws, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, resale rules, or legal rights.
VouchFirst is a user-generated content platform. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
If you believe content on VouchFirst infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] that includes:
Upon receiving a compliant notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified content and will make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted it.
If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address containing your identification and contact information, identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, Los Angeles County, California) and to accept service of process from the notice-sender.
VouchFirst may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VouchFirst disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and safety.
We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VouchFirst and its operator(s), administrators, moderators, contributors, contractors, service providers, agents, successors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VouchFirst’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid VouchFirst in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
This limitation applies regardless of legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or otherwise.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VouchFirst and its operator(s), administrators, moderators, contributors, contractors, service providers, agents, successors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to participate in a class action.
Agreement to Arbitrate. You and VouchFirst agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your use of VouchFirst will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as set out below.
Small Claims Carve-Out. Either party may instead bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes that qualify for that court's jurisdiction, so long as the action remains in small claims court and is not removed or appealed to a court of general jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You and VouchFirst agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Neither you nor VouchFirst may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If a court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request must be brought in court, and it will be severed from any other claims that remain subject to arbitration on an individual basis.
Arbitration Procedure. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. Arbitration will be seated in Los Angeles County, California, unless you and VouchFirst agree otherwise, and may be conducted in person, by phone, by video, or on written submissions where permitted by the applicable AAA rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of the date you first created a VouchFirst account or first agreed to these Terms, whichever is earlier. Your notice must include your name, the username or email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, neither you nor VouchFirst will be required to arbitrate disputes with each other, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
Jury Waiver. To the extent any claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and VouchFirst each waive any right to a jury trial for that claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
For any claim or dispute that is not subject to arbitration under Section 20A (including small claims actions and claims by users who have opted out of arbitration), the parties consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced in these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and VouchFirst regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, regarding the Service.
No Waiver. VouchFirst's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. VouchFirst may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
