Our platform allows users to post listings, search trust records, submit scam reports, improve seller reputation, and review safety information.

Verification Information

If you submit materials to get vouched or verify seller reputation, we may collect:

• Ticket proof.
• Ticket transfer history.
• Screenshots or screen recordings.
• Forwarded ticketing emails.
• Ticket platform information, such as Ticketmaster, StubHub, Viagogo, SeatGeek, TicketSwap, or similar platforms.
• Email headers, signatures, sender details, timestamps, and related verification signals.
• Information needed to review whether materials appear real, forwarded from legitimate domains, or tampered with.

Scam Reports and Safety Information

• Reported usernames.
• Email addresses, phone numbers, payment handles, or social handles.
• Screenshots, chat logs, payment evidence, ticket claims, and transaction details.
• Notes, descriptions, and evidence submitted by users.

Technical and Usage Information

We may collect IP address and approximate location information derived from IP address to help prevent scams, fraud, abuse, spam, account misuse, and unsafe behavior on the Service.

We also use an approximate, IP-derived country signal to determine which privacy notices and cookie consent controls to show you. This signal is not always accurate, for example if you use a VPN, proxy, or shared network connection. Where we cannot confidently determine your location, we default to applying the stricter European privacy protections described in Section 11A.

Seller verification may involve sensitive ticket-related materials.

We may review ticket emails, ticket transfer records, screenshots, screen recordings, email signatures, sender domains, timestamps, or other verification signals.

We may compare submitted verification materials with other submitted, reviewed, or known materials to help detect fake, altered, reused, or inconsistent proof. This may include reviewing email structure, sender information, domains, headers, timestamps, formatting, links, signatures, screenshots, screen recordings, and other verification signals.

We may use verification materials and related signals to improve our manual and automated review systems, including systems that help us detect scams, fraud, abuse, and unsafe behavior.

With Other Users

Information you post publicly, such as listings, usernames, descriptions, reports, or reputation information, may be visible to other users.

With Service Providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, database providers, authentication providers, moderation tools, and security tools.

With Payment Providers and Dispute Channels

If a scam, fraud report, or payment dispute occurs, we may share relevant information with payment providers, including PayPal Goods & Services, where reasonably necessary to support a report, dispute, investigation, or user safety review.

With Law Enforcement, Regulators, or Legal Parties

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, respond to legal process, cooperate with law enforcement, protect users, investigate scams or fraud, enforce our Terms, or protect VouchFirst’s rights, safety, property, or reputation.

This may include email addresses, phone numbers, usernames, payment handles, IP-related data, listings, reports, verification materials, communications, timestamps, and other relevant account information.

In Business Transfers

If VouchFirst is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not intentionally send payment card information, ticket barcodes, QR codes, passwords, private message contents, or unredacted ticket proof materials to these analytics tools.

VouchFirst may link to third-party websites or services, including ticketing platforms, social media platforms, payment providers, event organizers, or external resources.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third parties.

Information you post publicly may be viewed, copied, indexed, screenshotted, shared, or used by others. Do not post information you do not want public.
