Human first
Live events are about real people and genuine connection. We prioritize firsthand experience, human judgment, and authentic participation over automated noise, mass-generated content, and systems that replace meaningful interaction.
No bot-sourced tickets
Fan-to-fan resale is welcome. Using purchasing bots or automated systems to acquire tickets at scale is not. Sellers who source tickets through bots violate our community standards and may be removed from VouchFirst.
Zero tolerance for scammers
We document reports, review submitted evidence, restrict bad actors, and surface reputation information to make peer-to-peer ticket scams harder to carry out.
