How we review seller proof
Email proof and video proof can provide more context than a static screenshot. Depending on the platform and ticket, we may review a confirmation email, an unedited recording of the ticketing account, or previous transaction evidence.
We compare submissions with a working reference library of fake screen recordings, look-alike apps, suspicious email domains, and fake or authentic confirmation emails.
