Users must comment before messaging

A user must leave a public comment on a ticket post before starting a private conversation. This connects the offer to a visible account instead of allowing an untraceable cold message.

Activity stays visible on every profile

A user's ticket posts and interactions remain attached to their VouchFirst profile. They cannot delete that history to hide how they previously used the feed.

The feed puts stronger trust signals first

The feed is ordered by account type:

1. Vouched sellers
2. Buyers
3. Non-vouched sellers

Sellers do not pay for priority. Reviewed sellers appear first so buyers can start with accounts that have supplied additional evidence.

Every seller can apply to become vouched

Non-vouched sellers are given the opportunity to submit proof for review. Non-vouched does not automatically mean fraudulent; it means the seller has not completed or passed our review, so their listings appear later.

Vouching uses harder-to-fake evidence

We may review confirmation emails, ticket-account recordings, and previous transaction evidence. We compare submissions with a growing reference library of fake screenshots, fake screen recordings, look-alike apps, and fake emails.

We have reviewed more than 800 proof submissions. The process is deliberately difficult for scammers to pass with a single edited screenshot.

A vouch reduces risk; it does not remove it

A vouch is not a guarantee of a future ticket transfer. If an account concerns you, use our report system so we can review it again.

When eligible, pay with PayPal Goods and Services and check PayPal's current Purchase Protection terms before sending money. Never treat a badge as a replacement for payment protection.
